The kettle, the spiral, the dough breaker and the protective grids are made of stainless steel to comply with hygiene regulations.
The spiral dough machine has a chain drive system and an oil bath geared motor, ensuring stability in terms of time and noise level.
The dough machines can be equipped with single-phase, three-phase, and 2-speed motors with special voltages.
All machines are guaranteed for 1 year against mechanical design defects.
