Zanolli Citizen PW 9+9 /MC Pizza Oven

The Citizen PW electric oven is particularly suitable for baking pizza, but not only thanks to the standard exhaust valve.

Depending on your specialization, you can cook round pizzas, on a paddle or in a pan, as well as all gastronomic dishes.

You can choose between the modular and the double-decker version and build your oven according to your production requirements, stacking up to 3 units.

The simplest version is electromechanical. Citizen PW reaches its full potential with the digital version. Besides controlling the temperature and independently controlling the top and bottom of the oven, you can program it to turn on the baking chamber every day of the week and select the baking cycle to be activated from the 9 available options.

With a view to economy and environmental protection, the oven has an energy-saving system called "Economy" which halves the instantaneous consumption when the baking cycle allows.
From today, you have the option to fully line the chamber with fireproof material and equip your Citizen PW with the upgraded heating element kit to achieve extreme performance.
