Pizza tray in any size from 20 cm to 50 cm. Made of uncoated blued steel.
Before first use, remove the corrosion protection (made from harmless cooking oil) with hot water and dish soap.
Then be sure to dry thoroughly and grease with oil.
NOT DISHWASHER SAFE!
After use, wipe the pizza pan with kitchen paper. For stubborn stains...
Clean the cases as described above, then grease the inside and outside with oil.
