Description

Cake ring knife

Made of 18/0 stainless steel, with a black polypropylene handle, dishwasher safe, with a clamp for secure guidance over the cake ring

This knife is used to loosen cakes from the cake ring. The outer clamp prevents the blade from slipping. The rounded tip protects the work surface, but may damage non-stick coatings. The cake can then be easily removed from the pan. The knife cuts on both sides, making it suitable for left-handed users as well.
